The Leader Lab is a 2.5-hour leaders-only bootcamp with Marcos, built around one simple idea: great leading starts with great dancing.

In this bootcamp, Lisa & Marcos will take you through the most important Lambada foundations in one 2.5-hour bootcamp, specifically designed for dancers who already have Brazilian Zouk experience.

Toalha is one of the more complex headmovements technique known from Brazilian Zouk, and requires good control over weight transfers and experience with circular headmovements and tilted turns. This bootcamp is for both Brazilian Zouk & Bachata dancers, as we will focus on this specific movement and its technical components. This bootcamp is not for beginners!
